Our true strength is often found while bravely exploring fear and vulnerability. My clients enjoy relief, depth of understanding, and a restored sense of freedom and power. If you want a private space to experience lasting change instead of surface-level advice, platitudes and judgments, let's discuss whether I’m a good fit for you. Due to low availability, I’m limiting new cases to those situations where I’ve brought the best results: trauma survivors (both women and men) and specifically women with other concerns such as anxiety, depression/bipolar, chronic pain, recovery from narcissistic abuse, etc.

I’ve helped a broad range of clients. College students, veterans, chronic-pain patients, performers/artists, etc. I also help professionals (healthcare leaders/nurses, therapists, lawyers, etc) to enjoy relief from secondary trauma. Where appropriate, I provide consultation hourly or on retainer for executives/leaders.

Effective therapy is more than just talk, and it can be intensely joyful. Good therapy restores your hope and creates inner pathways to strength and peace. Even if this hasn’t happened for you in past therapy, there is a way forward, so don’t give up.
