Have you had transitions in your life lately that it just feels overwhelming? Are you unsure what to do anymore as life is getting harder and harder? Are you tired of feeling like this and are ready to not just exist, but thrive? I congratulate you on taking this step, because I know there can be many hurdles to receiving therapy and finding the right therapist. As you are considering the right fit, I’ll tell you a little about myself and my approach to therapy. I love helping others with life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma to get to a more promising place holistically (not just mentally).

I provide a safe, affirming, and judgment-free place to process life's uncertainties, stress, and trauma. I have served clients through psychiatric hospitals, with transcranial magnetic stimulation, college counseling, and a clinical outpatient fellowship conducting psychotherapy. I am trained in Prolonged Exposure Therapy, TF-CBT, and other modalities.

I believe that connection with others is life-giving and essential to function healthily and thrive. Finding a therapist that you feel secure and comfortable with is a crucial role in therapy. I think each person is the expert on their own lives, and I feel honored to empower and work with them on their goals. I hope to join you on your journey to wellness.
