In addition, playing sports at a high level has allowed me to gain clinical expertise on mental health in sports. Providing therapy to athletes on every level is another key aspect of my therapy. Over my years in the mental health field, building strong rapport and transparency in my therapeutic relationships has allowed my clients to improve substantially.
