Though she utilizes a Christian perspectives, January also realizes that every client is on a different spirtiual and life journey, and is experienced in working with persons of every walk of life and faith. She recognizes that emotional distress is universal to all, life is filled with an abundance of storms throughout our lifetimes, and healing is available to all.
January is an LPC from the Charlottesville area, with 7 plus years experience working with at-risk youth and and their families. She has worked with kids, teenagers, and adults with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, and family-related issues. She uses a variety of evidenced-based practices, empowerment, and spiritual care
