Trauma leaves us feeling lost, hopeless and broken. I specialize in working with women struggling with anxiety and PTSD-either single event or numerous events. Clients come to me looking for a therapist who can offer the safety and compassion needed for trauma recovery paired with extensive training in EMDR, because therapy should be a place where you feel empowered and heard. Sessions with me are 90 minutes.
