Often times people feel like they aren't enough or that there is something wrong with them. Whether you are struggling with an eating disorder, anxiety, OCD, addiction, or how to navigate life in general, my goal is to create a space for you to feel safe enough to show up as you are and to know that it's okay to not be okay.
I believe in using a holistic approach and looking at all the intersecting systems in an individual's life. I also use various EBPs and modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, attachment theory, humor, and art therapy. One size does not fit all. It is my goal to find what modalities and tools work best for you!
I believe that recovery, growth, and connection happens in the context of the human-to-human relationships we develop, and with the people we serve. I have an endless amount of hope for people to develop a wholehearted and fulfilling life. I strive to guide individuals and families to self-empowerment, a stronger self, and authenticity.
