Dedicated to improving the quality of life for those who are seeking treatment, I have experience working with individuals, families and couples contending with a variety of challenges including developmental/behavioral/social issues, family/relational conflict, parenting, separation/divorce, adoption, anxiety and depression. Moreover, I have extensive training working with those that have experienced a trauma or suffered a significant loss, as well as who are contending with the challenges of eating disorders and related dietary issues.

For over 20 years, I have provided treatment across multiple settings including community mental health centers, hospitals, and in-home treatment. I also provide yoga and mindfulness training both privately and to corporations, schools, camps, and other community organizations (Girl Scouts, youth sports teams, etc).

I am committed to assisting clients in achieving overall wellness by collaborating with related service professionals. This ensures consistent care is provided across the unique facets of each individual's life. I enjoy being part of a wellness team, with the goal of yielding the most well-rounded outcomes.
