Everything has patterns; the way we think, behave and feel. Most of us developed these in childhood and continue them throughout our lives. Sometimes they are helpful and sometimes they cause us suffering and pain. Learning to identify these patterns and distinguish which are healthy and unhealthy can help to build a more enriching and engaging life. I focus on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory and Mindfulness to help client's process through their patterns, emotions and relationships in a safe and relaxed environment. Change can only happen when there is trust and respect.
I apply an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from both theoretical models of intervention as well as holistic and mindfulness approach's that will fit best for each client.
