As a licensed clinical social worker, and licensed certified alcohol and drug counselor, I have more than 20 years’ experience working with a diverse population in the prevention, treatment and recovery support field for mental health and substance use disorders. I specialize in grief and working with adults and older adults.
My approach incorporates multiple therapeutic and best practice interventions that are compassionate and empathetic. I strive to help individuals achieve resiliency and acceptance during emotional life transitions such as the loss of a loved one, career changes, retirement, independence and recovery-related issues.
