I am passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, as well as serving culturally diverse populations. I have training in CBT, social skills, and DBT for clients that benefit from support with co-occurring mood disorders, managing managing daily stressors, and building meaningful relationships. I also offer family therapy to increase empathy, improve communication, and strengthen relationships.
With my background in speech therapy and clinical psychology, I specialize in supporting clients who struggle with communicating effectively and forming relationships. I believe that therapy is a space to process both past and present life experiences, as well as build and practice new skills.
