I work with adult clients needing objective and compassionate input on common issues such as stress, relationship problems, adjustment to major life changes, marital discord, and depression. I help clients develop practical strategies to address specific life challenges and mental health issues. I assist those willing to make changes in order to feel better, and offer support as they implement changes. I offer cognitive-behavioral therapy as a means to relief from symptoms and to improved quality of life.

I help clients by providing empathetic yet objective feedback and a non-judgmental atmosphere for jointly addressing depression, anxiety, family relationship issues, mental illness, marital discord, major life changes, loss, and trauma among other issues. I have 25 years of experience in counseling clients on these and other therapeutic issues.

As a mature adult, I have personal and professional experience with many therapeutic issues. I have a deep and compassionate understanding of "the human condition" and mental health.
