Collage as Soulwork

Making collage is a way of accessing the unconscious areas of our psyche, which provide vital information for problem-solving in our personal lives, overcoming creative blocks and developing a fuller sense of self. Collage is especially helpful to connect with parts of ourselves that cannot be put into words. A picture is worth a thousand words.
