When life presents you with challenges, it can be difficult to ask for the help you need. I will provide you with a safe, supportive and comfortable space where we can work together to address these challenges, identify and utilize your strengths, increase self-compassion and gain the confidence to achieve your goals. You will receive guidance to develop techniques that allow you to achieve your desired outcomes and make positive, life-long changes. I am passionate about and dedicated to the empowerment of women. I look forward to utilizing my own experiences and skills to support you on your own journey to empowerment.

My specialties include teaching meditation, mindfulness, relaxation skills and techniques to help clients with a variety of issues such as, depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and self-esteem. I practice holistic therapy, taking into account each individual's mind, body, and spirit to help guide them toward finding balance in their lives.
