I am an experienced therapist in Pensacola for over 30 years. I earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from The University of West Florida and my Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the Florida State University. I have worked in a wide variety of clinical settings.
I am am currently in my third year at the East Hill Clinic and was also the Clinical Coordinator for the Intensive Outpatient Program at West Florida Hospital for 5 years. As a therapist, I use cognitive behavioral therapies, with an emphasis on insight-oriented therapy. I am also trained in providing DBT Therapy.
I enjoy providing therapy. I am foremost an avid listener. I listen to where you feel like your life may require change. I am a strong believer in radical acceptance and mindfulness.
