I am here to help you be able to feel safe in the current moment, and not have those experiences consume your everyday life. I can help you build coping skills to manage those scary memories and moments. To help you learn to feel safe in your own body, and build trust in yourself. I can help you build your invisible suitcase of coping skills.
Reaching out for help is terrifying. Talking about trauma makes it real. I am here to help you know that you are not a burden, and your trauma does not define who you are.
