It is my passion to help individuals and couples to navigate through the often turbulent waters they find themselves in when making this choice. I offer clients a blend of working with the mind, body and soul as a path to finding the right balance in their emotional, spiritual and physical lives. I am a Marriage and Family therapist licensed in both Florida and Connecticut for snowbirds who would like to stay connected year round.
I work with, individuals, and couples, on a wide range of issues including, premarital exploration, relationship issues, family conflict and women in all stages of self-discovery. I am particularly passionate about LGBTQIA+ life issues, especially those struggling with the coming out process. I also work with clients dealing with childhood sexual abuse.
Believing that people are the experts in their own lives and have the strengths and assets they need to find their own solutions, I focus on personal strengths that move you from “muddy waters” to your desired “waters”. I offer confidential therapy online via a HIPPA compliant tele-health Platform. Weekday, evening, and weekend hours available.
