Sometimes our families, friends and loved ones just don't cut it and we need to find someone outside of our circle to dump the heavy baggage we carry around on. Finding that person is difficult. We need to find someone who we can actually connect with to work on our personal growth and our individual healing process. My greatest strength as a therapist is my ability to build rapport with my patients. When you are comfortable with your therapist, that is when the magic begins and transformation happens!
I have worked in substance use disorder and mental health settings for nearly 10 years. I have worked in most every facet from inpatient, outpatient, medication assisted treatment, residential programs, community mental health, and medical settings. I refer to myself as being "well-rounded" due to the extent of my professional career and personal experience
I can provide you with the support and tools you need to find to assist you with the goals you want to achieve.
