I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (LCMHCS), a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) and a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS). I have been in the field for over 16 years and have been witness to many clients changing their lives. Being dually credentialed allows me to work with a wide range of disorders. I enjoy working with adults diagnosed with mental health disorders and/or substance use issues. I rely heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and take a Person-Centered approach in my therapy.
I offer DBT Skills groups focusing on mindfulness, distress tolerance and emotion regulation. I accept referrals from other providers. I offer a quiet, safe place to share your story in both individual and group therapy sessions.
