I strive to create a safe and accepting space for clients to face these challenges. My aim as a therapist is to balance gentle challenges and nurturing support to help clients find healing and be their most authentic selves.
I specialize in working with children, trauma, women's issues, substance use disorders, disordered eating, and mental health disorders. I have been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed EMDR, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
