I have 47 years experience working with individuals, families and children to help them cope with life's changes and challenges. I have extensive experience working with chronic and persistent mental illness, such as major depression disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and anxiety. I also provide marriage counseling, couples counseling, premarital counseling and family therapy.
Therapy is a tool that helps find healthier ways to function optimally. My style is to listen and understand what your struggles currently are, have been, identify barriers, and resolve them. Understanding the impact of your history, will help enable thought and behavioral changes. Therapy can provide a pathway and hope for a meaningful future.
