In my therapy practice the focus is on supporting healthy emotional and psychological development. Whatever the age, I believe that we do well when we can. My goal is to celebrate one's strengths and help address blocks to becoming one's best self. That means meeting each client with unconditional positive regard while addressing presenting, and possibly underlying, needs.
My areas of specialty include mindfulness, the world of adoption for all members of the adoption triad, issues that can arise from being on the autism spectrum, struggles for children experiencing parents divorcing, couples therapy, inflexible-explosive behaviors, and anxiety.
