I have an ecletic approach. I tend to individualize sesssions. I also focus on skills training. I help you build a toolbox of skills you can use years later if you choose. I treat adults who are struggling with anxiety and depression. You will work hard but I believe you will find it is worth it. I also see children and work with the parents in helping their children with behavioral issues, ADHD and abuse.

My practice is located near downtown Sedalia and is easily accessible to many of the areas north, south, east or west of Sedalia. In the building are 2 psychiatrists. I worked for years as a crisis counselor and am experienced in working with clients who are at a very low point in their lives.
