My practice is grounded in evidence-based modalities including CBT, EMDR, TF-CBT, Mindfulness and Attachment Theory. It is especially important to me to provide culturally competent care. I strive to appreciate each client’s identities and their personal and generational histories and utilize this information to tailor my approach.
