Psychotherapy is a partnership. By looking at this website, you have already decided that there are areas in your life that you want to change. During our time together, you will define the problems to work on. I use special knowledge to help develop a plan and will teach skills to help you resolve these problems. We will work together to develop healthy and adaptive tools, utilizing the strengths that you already have, to improve your quality of life.
Each client is unique and requires an individualized treatment plan. Therefore, I use a variety of techniques from different therapeutic theories, in order to customize therapy to the needs of each client. Together, we will create a tool box of coping skills that you will be able to apply to a variety of situations.
I work with adults over the age of 21. My specialties include: pregnancy, postpartum, working through life transitions, improving self esteem, women's issues, depression, anxiety, and overall increasing healthy coping skills.
