I have many years of experience focusing on children, adolescents, and women going through life changes.
My experience as a teacher, school counselor, and principal helps me understand the challenges my clients face. Also, being divorced and a single mom while raising my three children has helped prepare me to identify with and assist many of my clients.
My goal for each of my clients is to help them achieve solutions to their unique individual challenges. I see children, adolescents and adults. I specialize in parenting, anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD and life changes.
