You are here because you are suffering from the stressors in your life and you need a centered helper to guide you. I have made my life's work helping my clients deal with the problems life has thrown at them. I have walked alongside my clients for over 20 years, to help them through their challenges. Grief, childhood trauma, challenging life transitions like divorce, and health issues, as well as anxiety and depression are issues I can help you with. We will develop a plan that will help you to find the spring in your step once again!
I offer an eclectic approach to the work I do. I am good at establishing a warm rapport and I will ask lots of questions. As I get to know you, I will be able to synthesize the appropriate skill sets I have to offer you the best clinical experience and counseling session that I can offer. I enjoy deep conversations and CBT.
I’m happy to chat with you about your needs for a 15-20 minute phone call for no charge, to see if we are a fit. My favorite areas to delve into are family of origin trauma, grief and loss, PTSD, anxiety and depression and adoption issues.
