I work with a variety of clients (backgrounds, race, identity) who are struggling with life. Many of the main issues are depression, PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, borderline personality disorders and low self-esteem.

I offer a non-judgmental safe place and use Person-Centered Therapy with CBT Techniques and EMDR. I can help you build your skills so that you will be able to work through your problems on your own in the future.
