I offer individual therapy utilizing a strengths perspective as well as a solution focused approach to help you identify coping skills and move quickly toward change. Other individual therapy approaches include grief counseling, solution focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia, cognitive behavioral therapy, and strengths building.
