My therapeutic approach is to assist you in pinpointing these obstacles that have prevented you from moving forward, to be your best self. Together we will set goals and find the tools necessary to develop the skills you need to work through your struggles. I strive to meet clients where they are at in the therapeutic process, with the understanding that each client has unique individual needs that need to be met.
I have a unique background in holding a doctorate degree in clinical psychology and a master’s degree in school psychology. I am a licensed school psychologist and a pre-license advanced fellow in clinical psychology. Areas of expertise are in depression, anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, autism, substance abuse, life transitions & relationship issues.
