Hi, I am JaNese Hubbard, I am licensed as an LPCC in California. I enjoy working with teens and adults who are looking to connect and discover their best authentic self. I enjoy working as a team and coming up with solutions to current or ongoing challenges. I am also an adoptive parent, so I understand the dynamics that go along with it, as well as having children who have struggled with the impact of being adopted. The approaches I use are individually based but tend to use CBT and behavioral modification most. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, and chronic illness.
My approach is to listen and treat you with respect and meet you where you are at each time we meet. We may be ready to jump in and work on goals and other days we may just need to connect and process life.
Over the last 22 years, I have worked at an agency that provides behavior modification and parent training. I became a therapist in 2014 after working with children with intellectual disabilities, anxiety, and autism and wanted to open up more possibility.
