Janelle completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Fairleigh Dickinson University and her master's degree in mental health counseling at St. Elizabeth University.
Janelle is working toward her licensure and obtaining a dual license in addiction services. Janelle utilizes several evidence-based practices within her approach including person-centered therapy (PCT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing.
