Life is often stressful and relationships get messy. It’s hard to navigate and work through major life transitions and adjustments especially when they are complex and you are facing more than one at a time. There is hope and there is help available. You are not alone. I believe counseling can be a beneficial healing relationship experience that requires collaboration between client and therapist. I enjoy meeting and working with people, helping connect them to resources, identify their strengths, work through life challenges, and begin healing while offering support, encouragement, and a listening ear.
I have experience working with individuals including adolescents and adults with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, autism, ADHD, anger, trauma, phase of life changes, and relationship issues. I am trained in EMDR Therapy and use a combination of other treatment modalities that help provide practical tools to promote healing and resilience.
I love listening to each individuals story and providing support and hope. I enjoy helping each person work through current and past struggles.
