I love to help adolescents, teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and adjustment to life events. I support my clients in developing tools and skills to better manage the stressors they are facing and in building their self-confidence to handle the ups and downs life will inevitably bring.
I have worked for over six years in school-based and community mental health settings providing therapy to adolescents, teens young adults and adults. Some people like to talk in therapy; others, not so much. We can use a variety of methods in therapy and we will work together to find the best and most comfortable ways to meet your goals.
