Going through the motions and feeling overwhelmed in day to day tasks and relationships can be exhausting. Your ability to be the person you once were can seem out of reach, or never even seems to have existed. The emotions you feel seem to be running the show and you desire change. I can help you identify areas in your life that may be contributing to some of your current stressors, frustrations and relational challenges and how to move forward. I work with adolescents and adult women.
In therapy I will support you in looking at past and current experiences that are effecting your life today. I will provide ways to cope in your current life circumstances as we explore the impact of past experiences on current stressors. We will work together in this healing process. I use EMDR and other therapy models to support you in this process.
