I help my clients find freedom form their struggles. My specialized training in ADHD, trauma, parenting, anxiety, grief and loss, and relationship struggles give me a depth of insight to help find what will help you most. I will work with you to understand yourself, relationships and you unique needs. In couples counseling, you will learn skills of communication, emotional connection, intimacy and companionship so that your unique marriage can thrive.

Gaining my Master’s degrees in Social Work from The Ohio State University and an honorary Doctoral degree in Healthcare and Leadership from Trinity International University of Ambassadors along with my certification in Life Coaching, I have a diverse and extensive background allowing me a unique perspective in the work I do
