I aim to help create a safe and collaborative space with my clients. I use a client-focused approach utilizing techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), sand and play therapy.
My background is in working with adolescents and families in the school setting. I have worked with adolescents, children, and young adults. My areas of focus are anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQ+ related issues, stress management, self-esteem, intersectionality, harm reduction, and identity development.
