My therapeutic lens is trauma-informed, grounded in attachment theory, drawing from models such as Emotion Focused Therapy, IFS, and at times, a touch dark humor. I enjoy relating authentically with clients rather than a blank presence. Moving beyond pop-psychology buzzwords and inspirational quotes, I strive to offer a space to process, integrate and grow.
