Since 1997, I have been providing mental health services via addiction recovery, and trauma counseling for a wide variety of individuals and groups in multiple therapeutic settings throughout Southern, Central, and Northern California. I can engage even the most timid of clients in the therapeutic process, with my non-judgmental, compassionate approach.
I believe that mental wellness requires learning how to self connect. We do this by initially surrendering to love. When we surrender to love (higher power, God, intuition), healing is possible in mind, body, heart,spirit and soul. Once we learn to self-connect, we can authentically connect with others. Connection is the key to healing and resilience.
