With over 30 years of experience, Besides providing counseling to individuals, couples, and adolescents, I offer guidance to parents on how to improve their relationship with their children. I also have many years of experience in Alcohol and Drug Treatment, inpatient and outpatient. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, substance abuse and dependency, codependency, and managing college stress.
My style is warm and collaborative while providing practical skills. Often on a therapeutic journey together, we may find there is trauma and family system work to address and treat. I help you to utilize coping skills informed by mindfulness, CBT, motivational interviewing, organizational skills, and a trauma-informed approach.
