I employ traditional psychotherapy approaches, as well as Somatic Experiencing and EMDR, to provide safe and compassionate care. If you have been struggling with issues for some time, it is natural to feel a sense of hopelessness. I will take time to understand your healing journey, so we can work together for you to have greater peace of mind and be better equipped for life's challenges.
