I utilize IFS, & attachment theory to assist you in gaining self-awareness, re-envisioning your purpose, and achieving new insights. I bring experience in treating a diverse range of people in areas which include queer and trans identity development, low self-esteem, sexual identity development, as well as family stressors and life transitions.
My intention is to bring empathy, attunement, imagination and even welcome humor into our time together. Doing the work can be painful and difficult, but truly looking within and examining our experiences leads to healing. I fully believe that all humans are worthy of healing and happiness.
