I’m a Filipina, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 16 years of experience in the San Francisco Bay Area. I specialize in working with professional women and BIPOC who have a lot on their plate and feel like they’re going to collapse or explode if one more thing happens.
I've been using somatic work in my practice for the past 20 years, first as a massage therapist and now as an LMFT. As a somatic therapist, I know that insight and talk therapy are insufficient to help people live their best lives. By becoming more aware of your somatic experience, greater connection to self and others, and life satisfaction are inevitable.
People come to me seeking a person who is not only highly trained, but also empathetic, kind and honest-someone who has done their own work and can join them in theirs. I offer a space where you can feel safe, understood and free to show up as your true self. I love helping people get to know themselves in a new way.
