My passion lies in walking alongside that journey and empowering people to create the life they want to have both internally and in their relationships with the significant people in their lives.
My specialty includes working with those who struggle with significant trauma. I implement the use of EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) to desensitize images of trauma, abuse or any other negative images in their personal narrative and create more positive outlooks about self and life.
