Are you finding yourself at a stuck point in life and want to find healthy attainable solutions? Are you struggling to find meaning and purpose in life? I find that an integrative approach that is rooted in trust and connection allows for growth. I believe in honoring the different cultures and life experiences of my clients as this allows us to work holistically: Mind, Body, Spirit & Culture. I believe that we all experience a variety of transitions in life and by having a willingness to explore ways of healing and change there can be an increase in life satisfaction.
I have experience working with adults, adolescents, teens and families dealing with challenges such as: transition, divorce, family conflict,depression,grief and loss as well as anxiety to name a few. As a client you will have the opportunity to shape your counseling and take an active role in your care. I offer a variety of techniques to support wellness.
