I earned my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University in 2016. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have worked in the mental health field since 2013 servicing individuals and families in numerous settings including residential placements, community based settings, schools and private practice.
I currently work with adolescents, adults, couples and families using a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, person-centered therapy, and narrative therapy to address client’s needs.
I provide support to clients while addressing a variety of topics including depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, and women’s issues.
