If the universe (or algorithm) has sent you to my profile, my guess is that you’ve had to bury your real values and desires in order to survive. You’re depressed, anxious, angry, addicted, and probably fucking exhausted. Possibly in physical pain too. Or maybe just numb. I work with (mostly queer) folx recovering from religious trauma and other oppressive systems because I’ve been there myself - and I can tell you that there is a way out.
My style is interpersonal and relational. My central approach to counseling is Person-Centered, Narrative Therapy. You are the expert on your life, your values and your needs. I can help you reconnect with your Self and find new ways to live authentically. My passion is digging deep, finding the roots and helping you thrive. I also write letters for ESA/GCS!
There is another side to this pain - I want to help you walk the bridge to alignment with your own values and desires. Art Therapy for Adult ADHD - Sunday/Wednesday
We meet every other week on Wednesdays at 5:30pm and Sundays at 10am for 90 minutes to share experiences, talk about what works for us, and create art! Group is facilitated by me and a professional artist in Central Phoenix. $50 covers supplies, snacks and fidgets. Reach out to schedule a consult - we would love to have you!

Sunday School Dropouts: Art & Conversation
EX-RELIGIOUS SUPPORT: Located in Midtown Phoenix, we meet every other Sunday at noon for 90 minutes to share experiences, empathy and support with folx who are leaving or have left religion. We also make art and have snacks while we talk! Group is facilitated by me and a professional artist with years of behavioral health experience, and is limited to 8 members. Session fee is $25, which covers supplies and snacks. Limited space currently available - reach out to schedule a consult!
