Undergoing lasting change outside of our comfort zone can be a vulnerable process. I strive to provide a safe place for individuals to come and to be able to embrace healing. It can be an even more difficult process if one is not in a safe environment. Providing this safe, nonjudgmental atmosphere is crucial, in addition to working collaboratively with a supportive therapist. My goal is to help individuals cultivate healthiness in every area of an their lives, physically, emotionally, and mentally.
I specialize in the areas of anxiety, depression, and trauma. I work with neurodivergent individuals as well, such as ADHD and ASD. I have experience in working with pregnancy and postpartum issues. In addition to working with adults, I also work with children and adolescents. I am EMDR certified, and use CBT, DBT, CPT, and solution focused therapy.
I believe that through putting in the effort, you can absolutely heal, no matter what you are going through. My style is to be direct, caring, supportive, and collaborative. I want to help you through any hurt, past or present, help you learn how to implement healing, and guide you toward of knowledge of how to do so in everyday life.
