I connect well with with individuals, young to middle age adults. Establishing a trusting relationship with you is high priority for me and will begin from the first visit. Currently, I am doing teletherapy session for anyone in the state of Texas and I utilize HIPPA compliant patient portal and video teletherapy.
During my first session we will set goals to assist you in your journey to healing. Goals will be set within reasonable measures and I focus on small steps at a time. Goals are to set you up for success, not failure.
