I have worked with Children, Adolescents, Adults and Couples, and Parents for over 30 years providing therapy with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, attention and distractibility problems, eating disorders, and problem behaviors interfering with success in personal, school/work relationships. I provide supervision to professional social workers.
I understand that attempting to simply change a behavior doesn't allow us to understand you as a whole person. Individuals have their own unique history which needs to be valued and understood allowing you to make changes with new confidence. I use these same principles to assist parents in helping their children develop into strong, healthy, happy persons.
