My therapeutic specialty area is with adults and teenagers that struggle with grief, anxiety, life transitions, parenting, relationships, and stress management. Additionally, I have a passion for working with couples to regain their emotional connection and strengthen their relationship.
My goal is to help clients gain control of their struggles, process their emotions, and create real change towards living a balanced life that is authentically theirs. I create a treatment plan that is personalized for each client; there isn't a one-size-fits-all answer; everyone's path looks a little different.
